Making Sense: 2011 - peer evaluation
The experience of peer evaluation promotes deep
engagement with one’s own learning and that of peers by encouraging listening, attentiveness and understanding of various levels of achievement.
Each interdisciplinary team first evaluated their own performance, and then the performance of the other five teams as they made their final presentations. The
evaluation was based upon applying the three criteria
below using a value scale of 1 - 6 (6 being the highest).
How well has the team responded creatively to making sense of the stimuli and applying critical thinking to create an outcome?
How well has the team coherently presented and effectively communicated the experience and explained the outcome?
How well has the team worked collaboratively with shared dialogue and decision–making?
